Find out about the amazing Annie Z, who is providing a keynote at the Rocking Ur Teens Conference alongside Miranda Brawn and The Mandeville Sisters
My name is Annie Zaidi, I’ve got a BA Hons English Literature from Northampton University & MA Community Development & Youth Work Studies from Durham University. Football has always been my first love the moment the ball touches my sole/soul something magical happens and I become alive. I have been a football coach for 8years starting from grassroots, now working part time as head coach U11 at LCFC and gaining experience coaching U21 elite men at QPR whilst working extremely hard to achieve my UEFA B coaching licence. My dream is to become a full time coach at a professional club, coaching elite men.
There are few things that are very important to me
– equality is first & foremost very important as you should be judge and recognised for what you can do and the potential you have not based on anything else.
– inspiring, empowering young people to realise their potential and support them achieving their goals and making them realise that dreams can come true with hard work, self belief & determination as I am living proof that dreams do come true
I am delighted to be speaking at this event is because Rocking Ur Teens share my values & morals on the importance to empower, inspire & encourage the next generation that there is no glass ceiling for them to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Catch Annie Z at the Rocking Ur Teens Girls Conference on 8th March, 2016.
